Welcome to EduFly, a school management application developed and operated by Trixofly ("Trixofly", "we", "us", or "our").

EduFly provides digital tools and services designed to help schools, administrators, teachers, students, and authorized users manage school-related activities and information.

By accessing or using EduFly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

• Examination and marks management

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued by Trixofly at any time.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

EduFly is intended to be used by schools, educational institutions, administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, and other authorized users.

You agree not to use EduFly for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• You must immediately notify the appropriate administrator or Trixofly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Trixofly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

5. School and User Data

Schools and authorized administrators are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into EduFly is accurate, lawful, and appropriately collected.

Users should not upload or store information that they do not have the legal right or authorization to use.

6. Privacy

By using EduFly, you acknowledge that certain information may need to be processed to provide the application's features and services.

Trixofly does not guarantee that loss of data will never occur.

Trixofly does not guarantee that the application will meet every specific requirement of every school or user or that all information generated by the system will always be completely accurate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trixofly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of or inability to use EduFly.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or other indirect damages.

15. Suspension or Termination

Trixofly may suspend or terminate access to EduFly where reasonably necessary, including if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in unauthorized activity, or uses the service in a manner that may harm the platform or other users.

Users may stop using the application at any time.

Trixofly may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of EduFly after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
